Using Worth Dock
These terms govern your account and use of Worth Dock, a personal wealth tracking service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to support@worthdock.com.
Your account and information
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the financial data you enter or import and must have permission to use it. Do not use Worth Dock to access another person's information without authorisation, send abusive content, disrupt the service or bypass access controls.
Financial tracking, not financial advice
Worth Dock organises balances, investments, retirement accounts, property and monthly snapshots. It does not hold your assets, execute trades or provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Projections depend on your assumptions and do not guarantee future returns. Exchange rates for the current month may be provisional; finalising them may update converted values and snapshots. Check your records and seek qualified advice when making financial decisions.
Free trial
Creating an account does not require payment details and does not by itself start the subscription trial. If eligible, your 60-day free trial starts when you complete checkout. Payment details are required at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription is charged automatically after the trial. Your trial end date and subscription status are shown in Billing.
Subscriptions and payments
Worth Dock offers monthly and annual subscriptions. The price, currency, billing interval, final total and tax breakdown are shown before you confirm checkout. Payments and subscription management use Stripe Managed Payments, with Link acting as the merchant of record for the transaction. Your subscription renews automatically for the selected billing interval until cancelled. If a payment fails or the subscription ends, editing access may be restricted; retained account data can remain available in read-only mode.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel online through Billing. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal, while editing access continues until the end date shown in your account. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Cancelling a subscription does not close your account.
Cancelling a subscription or closing your account does not trigger an automatic refund. Worth Dock does not offer an additional money-back guarantee or automatic pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time. This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, including any applicable withdrawal rights, or corrections to billing errors. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Applicable Stripe/Link terms and merchant-of-record refund processes also continue to apply, including refunds they may issue under those terms. Contact support@worthdock.com about refunds, billing errors or withdrawal requests. Transaction support is also available through Link support.
Account closure and data deletion
Closing your account is different from cancelling your subscription. When a closure request is recorded, access is blocked immediately and we request cancellation of any trial or subscription. If a technical or provider issue prevents confirmation, cancellation can remain pending and is retried until completed. An access block alone is not confirmation that billing cancellation has completed. Contact support if you receive an unexpected charge while closure is pending so we can investigate and correct any billing error.
Closure also records a data deletion request, normally processed within one month, except records that must be legally retained, such as invoices. Closure cannot be undone; creating another account with the same email will not restore your previous data. Refund requests are handled separately under the policy above.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how account and financial tracking information is used. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or full card or bank account numbers in support messages.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, technical incidents and third-party services can affect availability. Contact support if data or calculations appear incorrect. We may update features and these terms; material changes affecting your subscription will be communicated before they take effect. The date above identifies this version of the terms.
