No. You add and update your balances yourself, or import historical data from CSV. Worth Dock does not need your bank login or access to your accounts. It is a monthly wealth tracker, not a daily transaction or budgeting app.
Can I track assets in different currencies?
Yes. You choose a base currency and can track assets in other supported currencies. Worth Dock uses monthly exchange rates to bring them into one view. Rates for the current month are provisional and are finalized after the month ends; these are not live trading quotes.
Can I add my financial history?
Yes. You can enter previous months or import historical records from CSV, review the preview, and confirm the import. You do not have to start your history from the day you join.
When does the 60-day free trial start?
Create your account and set up your tracker first. Your free trial starts when you complete Stripe checkout, not when you register. Payment details are required. There is no subscription charge during the trial; your chosen monthly or annual plan is charged when it ends unless you cancel beforehand.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel your subscription online through Billing. Editing access normally continues until the end date shown in your account; after it ends, retained data is available in read-only mode. Closing your account is separate: it blocks access immediately, requests cancellation and records a data deletion request. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, it remains pending and is retried.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Cancellation or account closure does not trigger an automatic refund. We do not offer an extra money-back guarantee or automatic refunds for unused subscription time. Mandatory consumer rights, billing error corrections and applicable Stripe/Link refund processes still apply. Contact support about refund or withdrawal requests; transaction support is also available through Link.
